The trial is the look. Paid membership is a digital license — a zip and a key. Nothing ships in a box.

The trial

Two weeks on Pro. No card. There is nothing to refund. Access ends after 14 days unless you pay.

After you pay

Once the key is issued, there is no refund. Base is $249 a month. Pro is $2,490 for the year. You cannot return a license you already opened on your machine.

Cancel

Write us from the email on your key. Reply to the license note, or use the trial form and say you want out.

Base ends when the paid month ends. We do not prorate a mid-month cancel. You keep the charts until that month is done.

Pro is paid once for the year. There is no mid-year refund. The key stays good through the year you paid.

How you get the suite

After a trial or a pay, we send the key. You download the installer on Install, paste the key, and open a workspace. That is the whole delivery.
