The license.

Using this site, taking a trial, or paying for a membership means you agree to these terms, the Refunds, and the Risk page. If you do not agree, do not use the suite.

Who this is for

You must be 18 or older. This is a chart suite for people who already trade futures in NinjaTrader. It is not a broker, not a commodity trading advisor, and not investment advice.

What you get

Base is $249 a month. Breaker and Recall, by hand. Nothing fires unless you press.

Pro is $2,490 a year. Same charts, plus Auto on both — you arm it — plus the trade copier and the replay downloader.

The Pro trial is 14 days. Email only. No card. It ends after two weeks unless you pay.

The key

The license is personal. One desk. You do not share the key or the zip. You do not copy the workspaces for someone else to run.

Auto stays off until you arm a side. You decide. The chair is yours.

How it ends

You cancel from the email on your key — reply to the license note, or write through the trial form. Base ends when the paid month ends. Pro is paid once for the year. The trial ends after two weeks. Detail is on Refunds.

We can end a key if you share it, copy the suite, or use the site to harm someone. That is not a refund.

The work

The charts, the words on them, the Academy, and this site belong to Talos Strike. You get a license to use the suite. You do not get the right to sell it, rename it, or teach it as your own product.

If something breaks

The suite is offered as-is. Futures can take the other side. We are not responsible for your trades, your fills, or your losses. If you are not satisfied, your remedy is to stop using it and cancel as on Refunds.

Changes

We may update these pages. The date at the top is the current version. Keep using the site or the suite after a change and you accept the new words.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. We have not named a state on this page yet. Write us from the email on your key if you need that in writing.
